Binoculars and sketchbooks are always at hand to catch the birds on the spot. It is by sculpting clay that Maggy Anciaux de Faveaux can share her moments of observation. Wild life is extended in another way. Through a naturalistic approach, she represents the animal in its environment but also leaving room for the poetry that made all the charm of these encounters. Her interest in ornithology leads her to observe birds in natural areas such as the Brenne, along the Atlantic coast,… She also uses the Raku technique for effects and colors, wood,… Participant at animal art fairs in France and Europe, she wishes through her sculptures to raise awareness of respect and the beauty of nature.
